Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Mancebo account and all personal data associated with it at any time, free of charge. This page applies to the Mancebo website and all Mancebo services.

How the process works

    Email us

    Send an email to hello@mancebo.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

    We verify it is you

    Send it from the email address on your account and tell us which Mancebo service you use. We confirm receipt and verify your identity within 5 business days.

  3. 3

    We delete within 30 days

    Your personal data is erased from our live systems within 30 days of verification, and from encrypted backups within 90 days. We email you when it is complete. There is no charge.

What we delete

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile, contact details, and preferences
  • Your workspaces, business settings, and employee configurations
  • Knowledge bases, documents, and uploaded files you added
  • Task history, audit events, and message threads tied to your account
  • API keys, integrations, and connected computer registrations
  • Your public listing or shared content, if you have one

What we keep, and why

  • Payment, invoice, and tax records for up to 7 years, as required by law
  • A minimal record of the deletion request itself, so we can prove we honored it
  • Limited fraud- and abuse-prevention records where legally required
  • Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer identify you

Good to know

Deleting your account is permanent. Your saved knowledge, employee configurations, and workspace data cannot be restored afterwards, and you would need to start a new account to use Mancebo again.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through a third-party app store. Cancel that in your store account settings so you are not billed again.
